Step Up Rehab provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy, community nursing and allied health assistance in the client's own home. We support NDIS participants, Home Care Package and Support at Home clients, WorkSafe and TAC claims, and private clients across Melbourne's eastern and southern suburbs.

What we do
Every service is delivered in the home, so clients practise skills where they actually use them. One provider, one point of contact for your whole allied health referral.
Mobility, strength, balance and falls prevention, pain management and rehabilitation after injury, surgery or hospital stays.
Functional assessments, daily living skills, equipment prescription and home safety recommendations.
In home nursing care to support health needs, delivered in coordination with the client's care team.
Therapy assistant sessions that carry out and progress the program set by the treating physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
Funding
Self managed and plan managed participants. Clear reporting for plan reviews and support coordinators.
We work directly with home care providers and case managers, with progress reporting available after each visit where required.
Registered WorkSafe provider. We also see TAC clients and private clients without any referral needed.
