Allied health, delivered at home

Every service is provided in the client's own home. That means no transport barriers, therapy in the real environment where skills are used, and easier participation for clients with mobility limits, fatigue or complex needs.

In home

Physiotherapy

Delivered by an AHPRA registered physiotherapist with postgraduate training in Fascial Manipulation, DNS, the Mulligan Concept and NeuroKinetic Therapy. Common reasons for referral:

  • Falls prevention, balance and strength programs
  • Mobility decline and reconditioning after hospital or illness
  • Rehabilitation after surgery, injury or stroke
  • Chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Mobility aid prescription and gait retraining
  • Functional capacity and physiotherapy assessments with written reports for care planning
In home

Occupational Therapy

Practical support for independence in daily life:

  • Functional and daily living assessments
  • Equipment and assistive technology prescription
  • Home safety reviews and modification recommendations
  • Strategies for showering, dressing, meal preparation and community access
In home

Community Nursing

In home nursing support for NDIS participants and Home Care Package clients, delivered in coordination with the client's GP and care team:

  • Wound care and dressing changes
  • Medication management and prompting
  • Continence, catheter and stoma care
  • Diabetes support and monitoring
  • Post hospital monitoring and pressure injury prevention
  • General health and nursing assessments
Therapy support

Allied Health Assistance

A cost effective way to increase therapy frequency. An allied health assistant delivers the exercise or therapy program designed and supervised by the treating physiotherapist or occupational therapist, with regular clinical review.

Who we see

NDIS participants

Self managed and plan managed participants under Capacity Building or Core supports, billed at the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits rates. Clear invoicing to plan managers and written reporting for plan reviews.

Home Care Package and Support at Home

We work with home care providers and case managers across Melbourne. Progress reports can be sent to the care manager after each visit where the provider requires it.

WorkSafe and TAC

Registered WorkSafe Victoria provider. Physiotherapy for injured workers and transport accident clients, including home based rehabilitation where clinic attendance is a barrier.

Private clients

No referral needed. Ideal for older adults who want to stay strong and independent at home, or anyone recovering from injury or surgery who prefers home visits.
